am still having trouble with my post, so this is a bit of an experiment.
am gonna try something and see if it works and also see if i can put some pics on so bear with me!

thanks girls - but i seem to have to do this going in the backdoor - i have to go to edit posts, then new post - i dont get the proper dashboard - just a list of options - i write something - ask it to post - it take me to the dashboard and then says error - i ignore this, try to do a pic, all i can see is a load of gobblydegook, can't move it anywhere, then i ask it to post and voila, i get what you have just seen!!! ohmygod!! so am still trying to sort it all out!! once again any help would be welcome

Always frustrating to run into snafu's. Hope you are soon sorted.
